Time Management and Stress Management are integral aspects to succeeding in life. Time management refers to a range of skills, tools, and techniques used to manage time when accomplishing specific tasks, projects and goals. When managed effectively, time management can significantly reduce stress. The first part of the course focuses on determining stress factors and ways to manage them, while the next part focuses on time management with a greater reliance on efficiency and profitability enhancement.

In the Finessse session on Time Management, we enable candidates to discern the reasons that impinge upon their productive work time, cope with pressures on time, prioritise work aspects, set goals, eliminate procrastination, think with clarity and impart specific time management techniques relative to their individual personal or professional situations. The integrated session on Stress Management is directed at first enabling candidates ascertain the underlying causes of stress, recognising specifics, designing exercises to manage stress and the art of handling negative situations.
